About Our Snack Boxes

How much do the snack boxes cost?

The final total depends on chosen theme, gift add-ons and the size box you choose. The base cost of a SmartBox ranges from $25 to $50 + shipping.

How many snacks come in a box?

This depends on which box and size you are ordering. We rotate the flavors and selections in our boxes periodically to keep your experience fresh and up to date. Most of our snacks are single-serve, but some selections we provide come in a larger, multi-serve size. For that reason, an estimated item quantity is provided in the description of each snack box page!

Is there a minimum purchase required?

At least 3 individual snacks, OR at least one themed box included with your order.

Shipping

Do you ship to Hawaii/Alaska?

Yes, we do!

Do you ship internationally?

While international shipping is unavailable for online orders, we do offer international rates in select areas for bulk corporate gifting orders. Please contact us directly for more details.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes! We absolutely can ship to APO addresses. On occasion, our packages have been held up at an Army Post Office. We recommend inquiring about your package directly with the post office if this happens.

Do you ship to USVI and/or Puerto Rico?

Yes, we do!

How long will shipping take?

Our current ship times are 3-5 days from the time of purchase. With rates applied, faster shipping is available for bulk corporate gifting orders.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes! Here's how: After clicking the Checkout button, you will be directed to the Cart page. Once the cart page is fully loaded, find and click the Ship to Multiple Addresses checkbox located at the top left corner of the page. From here you will be directed to a page where you can match your products with their intended addresses.

So then how do I let you know my product is a gift?

Located on the cart page, just before clicking Checkout, click the checkbox titled “Is this a Gift?” located toward the bottom right just above the bottom Checkout button. A field where you can add names of senders and recipients will appear.

Troubleshooting

One of the snacks I want is out of stock! When will you have more?

We apologize for the inconvenience. This snack may still be part of our inventory, but is likely out of stock until we receive our next delivery. That should be soon, usually within a couple of weeks. If you’d like to inquire further, please email your question to express@smartboxcompany.com

I just received my order, but a few of the snacks are missing… Can you fix this?

We apologize your order did not arrive in perfect condition, thank you for bringing this to our attention! We would like to make this right ASAP. Please email us your name and the order number or email address associated with your order, and our customer service team will respond promptly.

I received a SmartBox as a gift (I guess)… but I have no idea who sent it! Can you tell me who sent it?

If the person who sent you the product did not include a card or indicate during checkout that it was a gift, we can look up the sender via the order number on the packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, we can look up the order via delivery address. Please email your request to express@smartboxcompany.com

About Our Products

Are your products all American-made? Or do any come from overseas?

At SmartBox, we focus on selecting snacks with high-quality, all-natural ingredients. We don’t have a specific focus on where our snack products come from, but most are manufactured in the U.S. Some product manufacturers are headquartered or originally from overseas.

Can you do gluten-free or dairy-free snacks?

Yes of course. We have a Gluten-Free Box, or you can shop our Gluten Free snack collection and hand-select what's just right for you. We include a nutrition and ingredients label with every snack on our website as well!

Can you do nut-free snacks?

This is a great idea! At this time there is no themed box or collection specific to nut/allergen-free items. However, several of our individual snacks are indeed nut-free. Please review the provided ingredients labels when shopping snacks.

Do you offer a low-sugar box?

This is a great idea. We will definitely be expanding our future selections to include low-sugar themes and collections! In the meantime, if you'd like to find high quality low or no-sugar options, the best place to shop is our Fitness + Protein + Energy or KETO collections.

I have incredibly specific allergies! How do I know if your themed boxes are nut-free, dairy-free, strawberry-free, soy-free, etc.?!

Currently, we do not have specific allergen-free themed boxes. We do intend to offer this in the near future! For now, the best way to ensure an allergen-free order is to shop individual snack collections. We include the nutrition label and ingredient list for each snack online for this purpose.

What’s the difference between ordering these snacks through SmartBox via just ordering them myself from another supplier?

We carry a variety of products with the finest all-natural ingredients and deliver them right to your doorstep. Customizations & Subscriptions

How do I subscribe?

• Subscribe to themed snack boxes by selecting Subscribe & Save before adding the product to your cart.
• Subscribe to individual snacks by selecting Subscribe & Save before adding the product to your cart. You can subscribe to multiple items and they will stay grouped as one subscription at checkout for your convenience.

If I already have an active subscription, how do I add new products to my subscription?

Log in to your account, and while browsing, select Subscribe & Save from the widget underneath any item. A button titled Add to my Existing Subscription will appear (no checkout required!). This ONLY appears when you are logged in.

If I see a themed box I like, can I switch out just a few of the snacks? Or request that specific ones be included?

While themed boxes cannot be customized, you can shop individual item collections and build your own custom snack order. You can also subscribe to individual snacks, and add more to your existing subscription(s) later, all while skipping checkout. That is the best way to subscribe to a custom selection of your snacks.

How do I cancel my snack subscription?

Login to your account >> click Manage Subscriptions >> "View Details" >> scroll to the bottom and select "Cancel Subscription". We’re sorry to see you go. Remember you can pause your subscription and no further charges will be incurred, and you can easily reactivate whenever you wish.

How do I pause my snack subscription?

Login to your account and click Manage Subscriptions >> under “Subscription Status”, click “Pause” (or “Resume” to reactivate).

Can I change the order date of my Subscription?

Yes: login and click Manage Subscriptions >> next to “Next Order Date”, click “Change Date”

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes: login and click Manage Subscriptions >> "Change Frequency"
